STEEL BUILD 2026 PROSPECT
China (Guangzhou) International Exhibition for Steel Construction & Metal Building Materials (STEEL BUILD) is one of the world's leading exhibitions in the building steel structure industry. The exhibition is jointly organized by authoritative institutions from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including the Guangdong Steel Structure Association, the Hong Kong Association of Metal Building Systems, and the Macau Association of Construction Industry.
The Guangdong Provincial Society of Steel Construction has been established for 30 years. Its members primarily come from enterprises and institutions involved in design, construction, supervision, inspection, scientific research, universities, and more. The association brings together outstanding companies and professionals from various sectors such as building metals, shipbuilding, bridges, curtain walls, cable membrane structures, iron & steel, and materials industries. STEEL BUILD was founded by Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group and has been hosted and organized by them all along since its inception.
STEEL BUILD 2026 will be grandly held from May 8 to 10, 2026, at the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou, China. The exhibition is expected to span over 50,000 square meters, gathering 800+ exhibitors and attracting 100,000 professional visitors from over 100 countries and regions. It serves as a vital platform for both domestic and international brands to expand into the Chinese market and for global buyers to achieve one-stop sourcing.
REVIEW OF STEEL BUILD 2025
From May 8th to 10th, 2025, STEEL BUILD 2025 was grandly held at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Expo. With the theme of "Intelligent Construction, Steel Leads the Future", this exhibition covered an area of nearly 40,000 square meters, gathering 532 top exhibitors from across the country and attracting as many as 86,000 professional visitors (among whom 21% were from 107 countries and regions around the world).
The exhibition set up themed exhibition areas such as steel structure buildings, integrated buildings, intelligent construction and green building materials, comprehensively covering the entire industrial chain ecosystem of the industry. During the three-day grand event, representatives, professionals and buyers from upstream and downstream enterprises in the global construction industry chain gathered together, focusing on displaying the industry's cutting-edge technologies, high-quality products and innovative supply chain solutions.
The exhibition achieved fruitful results, with the total on-site signing amount reaching 86.6 billion yuan. It successfully built a high-end exchange platform focusing on technological innovation and industrial collaboration, and jointly mapped out a new blueprint for the high-quality development of the steel structure industry.
